Note The Timing

Before going ahead with the swimming, recording your timing while breathing is necessary. Breathing for at least 2-4 strokes for at least 3-4 lengths can be a better practice. Practise this until you get used to it. It will help enhance your performance and uplift your sustainability in controlling your breath.
