Advance Booking – Slots must be booked in advance, and full payment must be made before play.

•

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, no refund for cancellations.

•

Late Arrival- Will not be compensated with extra playtime, unless slot is available.

•

Slot Extension- Slot can be extended at the time of play if available, will be charged extra.

•

Respect the Facility - Keep the turf, premises and equipment clean. No Littering inside the turf.

•

Footwear Policy- No studs, Spikes or slippers.

•

Damage Liability- Any damage caused to the property or equipment will be charged ar actual.

•

Behaviour & Conduct- No Abusive language, fight or misconduct will be tolerated.

•

Outside Foods & Drinks are not allowed inside the turf. Food can be consumed outside the turf area.

•

Balls Not Provided- Players must bring their own cricket tennis balls. Balls are available for sale.

•

Only tennis balls are allowed in the venue.

•

Bats, Stumps, Goal post and football will be provided.

•

Equipment care- Any damage or misuse of provided equipment will result in extra charges.

•

Play at your own risk- Futso is not liable for any injuries.

•

Lost & Found- Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the venue.

•

First Aid is availiable on the venue. Request to the venue manager if needed.

•

Tournament Rule 1- Organiser should get approval from the Turf management to conduct tournament.

•

Tournament Rule 2- Tournaments cannot be conducted under regular slot bookings.

•

Tournament Rule 3- No tournaments are allowed after 11:30 pm.

•

Tournament Rule 4- The tournament organisers are responsible for crowd control and discipline.

•

Tournament Rule 5- Electrical, maintenance and cleaning will be charged extra

•

Car Parking and Bike Parking is available in the venue.

•

Users are requested to maintain the noise level on night booking. i.e., After 11:00pm.

•

Drinking water and Toilet facility are available.
